01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the winph7 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winph7 platform and close your account. Continued use of winph7 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of winph7, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any third parties acting on behalf of a registered player. winph7 reserves the right to enforce these Terms at its sole discretion.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on winph7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winph7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the winph7 platform for any reason.

winph7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of winph7 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on winph7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. winph7 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winph7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify winph7 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our support team via live chat or email at the address provided in Section 15.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your winph7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

winph7 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

winph7 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the winph7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your winph7 account within minutes of successful processing. winph7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for most payment methods under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. winph7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits on your account.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.
• winph7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method, subject to applicable limits.
• winph7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

winph7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winph7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• winph7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

winph7 makes no guarantee that any specific bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. The availability of promotions may vary based on your account status, location, and other factors determined by winph7.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the winph7 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on winph7, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

winph7 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained croupiers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. winph7 will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, winph7 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Bets affected by verified technical errors may be voided and stakes returned at winph7's discretion.
• winph7 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that winph7 reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the winph7 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the winph7 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any winph7 software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winph7 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the winph7 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the winph7 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the winph7 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of winph7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winph7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winph7 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on winph7 content.
• Use any winph7 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the winph7 platform.

Any unauthorized use of winph7 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by winph7.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winph7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winph7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond winph7's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from third-party software malfunctions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the winph7 platform.

winph7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

winph7 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the winph7 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account on winph7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• winph7 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• winph7 does not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

winph7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provide required documentation.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided that no outstanding investigations or legal holds apply to your account. winph7 is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a breach of these Terms.

You may request the closure of your winph7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

winph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winph7 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the winph7 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the winph7 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winph7 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting winph7 customer support with a detailed description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this section shall prevent winph7 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
